How to start calculate your food expenses

• Getting started via example file
  Example file contains list of ingredients and dishes. This file helps to figure out how program works. Then you can change recipes, remove from the lists the dishes you don't cook, and add new dishes and ingredients using existing ones as example.
  
  
• Getting started via Help-Me-Start wizard
  If you prefer to make your datafile from scratch use "Help Me Start" wizard, that you can run from first screen of the program. After the wizard finishes you get the list of suggestion make your new datafile.
